WinRAR Professional
The archiver that reads everything and writes RAR and ZIP properly, with recovery records, solid archives and multi volume splitting.
Uninstalls a program properly, then scans for what its own uninstaller left behind, with an install monitor that records every change so a removal can be exact.
The standard Windows uninstall runs whatever removal routine the program shipped with, and that routine only removes what the developer remembered to list. What stays behind is registry keys, configuration folders in three different profile locations, service entries, scheduled tasks, shell extensions and driver remnants. Individually harmless, collectively the reason a machine slows down over years and the reason a reinstall sometimes restores settings you were trying to clear.
Revo runs the program's own uninstaller first, then goes looking for the rest. It scans the registry and the file system at a depth you choose, presents what it found in two trees with the risky entries marked in bold, and deletes only what you confirm. A restore point and a full registry backup are taken before anything is removed, so a scan that went too far can be undone completely.
The install monitor is the more interesting half. Start it before you install something and it records every file, folder, registry key and service that appeared during the installation. When you later remove that program, the removal is not a guess based on pattern matching, it is a precise reversal of a recorded list. For anything you are trialling, or anything you suspect of spreading itself around, this is the difference between a clean machine and a slow accumulation.
Around that sits a toolbox worth having: forced uninstall for programs that are already broken or partially removed and no longer appear in the list, batch uninstall for clearing several at once, a startup manager, a junk file cleaner, browser extension management across every installed browser, a history cleaner, an unrecoverable delete, and a hunter mode where you drag a target onto a running window or a tray icon and it identifies and removes whatever that is.
Read the whole list before you start. Most of the reports that come into the desk about this title turn out to be a step taken out of order.

Do not delete bold entries in the scan results without reading them. Those are the ones shared with other software.
Keep the automatic backup option on. The whole safety of an aggressive scan rests on being able to put it back.
