WinRAR Professional
The archiver that reads everything and writes RAR and ZIP properly, with recovery records, solid archives and multi volume splitting.
Removes programs, store applications, browser extensions, bundleware and update tasks, then scans for the files and registry entries the uninstaller left behind.
IObit Uninstaller does the same fundamental job as any removal tool, running the program's own uninstaller and then clearing what it missed, but it casts a wider net than most over what counts as an installed thing. Desktop programs, store packaged applications, browser extensions and toolbars, plugins, Windows features, update services and the scheduled tasks that software leaves behind all appear in one list you can act on from one place.
The leftover scan runs automatically after every removal. It walks the registry and the file system for entries matching what was just uninstalled, shows what it found, and removes what you confirm. A restore point is created before anything is deleted, so an aggressive scan is recoverable. Batch removal handles a stack of programs in one pass without asking you the same three questions each time, which is what makes clearing a newly bought machine a ten minute job rather than an hour.
Two features go beyond removal. The software health scan finds bundleware, redundant update services, unnecessary background components and the plugins that installed themselves alongside something you actually wanted. The install monitor records what an installation writes as it happens, so a later removal is a reversal of a recorded list rather than a search based on names.
There is also a forced uninstall for programs that are already broken and no longer appear in the standard list, a file shredder for the things that refuse to delete because something has a handle on them, and an update checker that lists which of your installed programs are behind, with a review step so nothing installs itself without you agreeing to it.
Read the whole list before you start. Most of the reports that come into the desk about this title turn out to be a step taken out of order.

Decline the extra products the installer offers. They are unrelated and they install background services.
Read the leftover results before confirming. Shared components used by other software occasionally appear in the list.
