The neural filter panel ships mostly empty. Each filter is a separate model that downloads on first use, and on a machine that is offline or firewalled the panel stays a list of things you cannot run. This package is the full set of model files, placed where the application expects them, so every filter in the panel is available from the first launch with nothing to fetch.
The portrait group is the part most people came for. Skin smoothing that keeps texture, a set of expression, age, gaze and head direction controls that reconstruct the parts of a face they move, makeup transfer from a reference image, and a portrait harmonisation pass that matches the colour and light of a subject to the background it has been composited onto, which is the single fiddliest step in most composite work.
Beyond portraits there is depth blur that builds a depth estimate and applies a lens style defocus with adjustable focal distance and haze, colourisation for monochrome images with per region colour hints, style transfer from a reference, super zoom that enlarges while reconstructing detail rather than smearing it, JPEG artefact removal, and a photo restoration pass that handles scratches, dust, fading and light damage on scanned prints.
All of these output to a new layer or a smart filter by default rather than committing to the original pixels, so the result stays adjustable and maskable like any other layer. The filters run on the graphics card where one is available and fall back to processor execution where it is not, which is slower but produces the same result.
Read the whole list before you start. Most of the reports that come into the desk about this title turn out to be a step taken out of order.

The folder names have to stay exactly as they are. The panel matches on name and silently offers a download when it cannot find one.
The processor fallback works but is slow. Expect a minute or more per operation on a large file without a supported card.
