This is Windows XP Professional with service pack three and everything that shipped after it folded into the image, so setup finishes with the system already fully patched rather than needing hours of servicing that no longer works anyway. The multilingual pack is included so the interface language is chosen during setup instead of being fixed by the edition you happened to find.
The reason anyone still installs this is hardware that will not accept anything newer. Industrial control machines, measurement equipment, embroidery and cutting machines, laboratory instruments, arcade cabinets and older test rigs frequently ship with a driver and a control application written for this generation and never updated. Those machines are still working, the vendor is often gone, and replacing the equipment costs more than keeping a period correct machine next to it.
Practical additions have been folded in to make installation possible on hardware from after the operating system was current. The image carries an expanded storage controller driver set so setup can see modern SATA and NVMe devices instead of stopping with no disk found, a chipset driver pack, a network driver pack so the machine is reachable after install, and the runtime libraries that period applications expect but do not always ship. The interface is left as the classic one rather than themed.
This should be treated as an offline machine and nothing else. It is a system whose security servicing ended a very long time ago, and it is not safe on a network with anything else on it. The correct use is an isolated machine driving a single piece of equipment, or a virtual machine kept off the network for running old software. Anything else is asking for trouble that the image cannot protect you from.
Read the whole list before you start. Most of the reports that come into the desk about this title turn out to be a step taken out of order.

This is a thirty two bit image and cannot address more than about three and a quarter gigabytes of memory regardless of what is installed.
