One multilingual x64 image that installs Windows 11 Professional with the Office 2021 suite already in place, with the platform module requirement removed from setup.
This is a combined image that ends with a machine already carrying Windows 11 Professional on the 24H2 branch and the full Office 2021 Professional Plus suite, in one pass, with no second install to run afterwards. For anyone setting up more than one machine, or handing a finished computer to somebody who should not have to think about any of this, that is the entire appeal.
The platform module and secure boot checks are removed from the setup path rather than worked around during it. Setup does not stop, does not show the compatibility message, and does not need a registry edit typed into a command prompt at the partition screen. Older processors that fall outside the supported list install normally and receive the cumulative update path afterwards.
The Windows side is standard Professional. BitLocker, Remote Desktop as a host, domain join, Group Policy, Hyper-V and Windows Sandbox are all present. The 24H2 branch brings the reworked file explorer with tabs, the snap layout improvements, the redesigned settings, better window management on multiple monitors, and the current audio and graphics stacks. The image is multilingual, with the language chosen at setup rather than fixed in the file.
The Office side is the complete Professional Plus set: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, Access and Publisher, on the perpetual 2021 branch with dynamic arrays and XLOOKUP in Excel. Both operating system and suite come up licensed with nothing to run after setup, and the state survives cumulative updates on both sides.
Read the whole list before you start. Most of the reports that come into the desk about this title turn out to be a step taken out of order.

Do not sign into a work or school account during setup. It will try to move the Office licence onto that account.
Feature updates to a newer branch will reintroduce the hardware check. Stay on this branch or repeat this install when you move.
