One multilingual image that installs the operating system and the office suite together, both pre activated, offered as a direct link and a torrent magnet.
This is the combination image, and the reason it exists is time. Setting up a machine normally means installing the operating system, waiting through the first update cycle, then installing the office suite, then dealing with two separate licensing states. Here both are in the same media and both are in place when setup finishes. On a bench with a stack of machines to prepare, that removes an hour per machine and a good deal of clicking.
The operating system half is Windows 10 Professional on the 22H2 branch, which is where an enormous number of working machines have settled. Professional rather than Home means BitLocker, Remote Desktop hosting, domain join, Group Policy, Hyper-V and Windows Sandbox are all present. Driver support is completely solved after this many years, and the hardware requirements that pushed a lot of perfectly healthy machines off the newer generation do not apply.
The office half is the 2021 Professional Plus perpetual suite, which means Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, Access and Publisher. Excel here has the dynamic array function set, so XLOOKUP, FILTER, SORT, UNIQUE and LET all work as first class functions rather than through the older workarounds. The suite installs during the first boot phase without a separate step, and its language follows the choice you made at setup.
The image is multilingual, so language is chosen during setup rather than fixed in the file, and it uses the standard unmodified setup path, which means repair installs and in place upgrades behave exactly as they would from clean media. Both a direct download and a torrent magnet are offered for the file itself.
Read the whole list before you start. Most of the reports that come into the desk about this title turn out to be a step taken out of order.

Do not try to install a different Office version on top of this one. Remove the bundled suite properly first if you want something else.
If you are installing over an existing encrypted volume, suspend the encryption before you boot the installer.
