This is a single image that gets a machine from bare metal to a working, licensed desktop with a full office suite on it in one pass. Instead of installing the operating system, patching it, then installing the suite, then activating both, everything is present when the desktop appears for the first time. On a machine being rebuilt that removes most of an afternoon.
The operating system half is Windows 11 Professional on the current 25H2 branch. Professional matters if you want drive encryption, remote desktop as a host, domain join, the group policy editor, the hypervisor, the sandbox or proper control over when feature updates arrive. All of it is present and enabled. The image is multilingual, so the interface language is chosen during setup rather than being fixed in the file.
The platform module requirement has been removed from the setup checks, which is the reason a lot of people look for an image like this one. Machines that are perfectly capable but sit one generation below the published processor list, or that have no security module on the board at all, install normally and continue to receive cumulative updates afterwards. Secure boot is not required either, though it can be left on where the board supports it.
The office half is the 2024 perpetual release of the Professional Plus suite, installed complete with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, Access and Publisher. It is the buy once release rather than the subscription one, so there is no recurring check, and it sits on the machine already licensed alongside the operating system. Both states survive reboots, cumulative updates and driver changes.
Read the whole list before you start. Most of the reports that come into the desk about this title turn out to be a step taken out of order.

Suspend any existing drive encryption before booting the installer, or the volume will be unreadable afterwards.
Do not sign into a work or school account inside the suite applications. It will attempt to switch the licence.
