This is the combination image people actually want when they rebuild a machine: the operating system and the document suite in the same installer, so the first boot lands on a desktop that can already open a spreadsheet. Windows 10 Professional on the 22H2 branch is the last and most settled line of Windows 10, and Office 2019 Professional Plus is the perpetual release that keeps working without a subscription check every month.
The Windows side is the full Professional edition rather than Home, which means BitLocker drive encryption, Remote Desktop hosting, domain join, the Group Policy editor, Hyper-V, and the update deferral controls that let you decide when a feature update lands instead of finding out afterwards. Nothing has been stripped out of the servicing path, so cumulative updates apply normally once you are on the desktop.
The Office side installs Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, Publisher, OneNote and Skype for Business, all as native desktop applications with the full ribbon rather than the trimmed web versions. Macros, add-ins, pivot tables, mail merge, VBA and the whole file compatibility chain behave the way a working office expects them to.
Both halves come up already licensed, so there is no key entry step and no post install activation dance. The image is multilingual, with the interface language chosen during setup rather than fixed into the file, and it is offered as a direct download and as a torrent magnet for people on slow mirrors.
