Office 2016 Professional Plus is the release that a very large number of machines are still running, and not by accident. It is light by modern standards, it installs on hardware going back to Windows 7, and the ribbon layout is the one most people learned. For document, spreadsheet and presentation work that does not need dynamic arrays, it does everything the newer perpetual releases do.
The full Professional Plus set is in the image: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, Access, Publisher, Skype for Business and the shared Office Tools group. Excel 2016 brought the modern chart types including treemap, sunburst, waterfall, histogram and box and whisker, folded Power Query into the ribbon as Get and Transform, and shipped forecast sheets and the one click forecasting functions. PowerPoint gained the Designer pane and Morph. Word picked up real time co authoring and the Tell Me search box that finds a command by describing it.
This is a full offline image with both the 32 bit and the 64 bit builds inside it. The included configuration tool lets you choose the architecture, set the display and proofing languages, and deselect any application you do not want before a single file is written to disk. That last part matters more than it sounds: leaving out Access or Skype for Business keeps the install small and keeps them from grabbing file associations you did not ask them to take.
The image is prepared so that no separate step is needed once setup finishes. It comes up licensed and stays that way through reboots and the cumulative update path.
Read the whole list before you start. Most of the reports that come into the desk about this title turn out to be a step taken out of order.

Only one perpetual Office release can be installed at a time. Remove whatever is there before you start.
Do not sign into a work or school account inside the applications. It will try to move the licence onto that account.
