Microsoft Office 2019 Professional Plus
The perpetual 2019 suite, pre activated, in one image with both architectures and every Professional Plus application included.
Three perpetual releases in one offline image with both architectures, so the version a machine actually needs gets picked at install time instead of downloaded separately.
This is a combined image carrying the 2016, 2019 and 2021 Professional Plus releases side by side, with one configuration tool in front of all three. It exists because most people fixing more than one machine end up needing more than one version, and downloading three separate multi gigabyte images to find out which one a particular machine will accept is a waste of an evening.
Which release you want usually comes down to two questions. Does the hardware struggle, in which case 2016 is the lightest and runs happily on an old dual core with four gigabytes. Does anything in the workflow depend on the newer Excel functions, in which case 2021 is the only one of the three with dynamic arrays, XLOOKUP, LET, FILTER, SORT and UNIQUE as first class functions. If neither applies, 2019 sits in the middle and is the safe answer.
All three carry the complete Professional Plus set with Access, Publisher and Outlook included, both architectures, and the full multilingual proofing and display language selection. The configuration tool exposes the release, the architecture, the languages and the per application checkboxes on one screen, and writes the deployment configuration from your choices before any file is copied. A removal tool for clearing an existing installation ships in the same archive, because mixing perpetual releases is the single most common reason an install fails halfway.
Whichever release you pick comes up licensed with no step afterwards, and the state survives the cumulative update path for that branch.
Read the whole list before you start. Most of the reports that come into the desk about this title turn out to be a step taken out of order.
| Processor | 1 GHz dual core or faster with SSE2, 1.6 GHz for the 2021 branch |
|---|---|
| Memory | 2 GB minimum for 2016, 4 GB for 2019 and 2021 on 64 bit |
| Graphics | DirectX 10 capable adapter |
| Storage | 4 GB free for whichever release you install |
| Display | 1280 by 768 minimum |
Only one of the three can be installed at a time. The configuration tool will not stop you trying, but the install will fail partway.
Pick the release before you pick the architecture. Switching the release afterwards resets the rest of the choices.
