Advanced SystemCare Ultimate is the edition that combines IObit's maintenance suite with a licensed real time scanning engine, so the machine gets both halves from one install. In practice that means the cleaning, tuning and startup work happens under the same interface as the protection, and the two do not fight over the same folders the way two separate products often do.
The protection side runs a signature engine with a behavioural layer on top, scanning on access, on demand and on a schedule. It covers the file system, the browser download path, removable drives and the memory of running processes. The browser protection blocks known bad destinations, strips tracking components, clears the browsing trail on a schedule, and reports on extensions that have accumulated without being noticed.
The maintenance side is the long standing part of the product. A single scan pass covers junk files, registry problems, broken shortcuts, privacy traces, startup entries, disk errors and outdated components, and reports each as a separate finding you can act on individually rather than as one button. Beyond that there is a startup optimiser with boot time measurement, a disk defragmenter and optimiser that understands solid state drives, a large file finder, a duplicate finder, a driver check and an uninstaller that removes leftovers the standard one leaves behind.
There is also a set of real time tuning components: a memory release that runs when free memory falls below a threshold, a process manager that lowers the priority of background work while a foreground application is busy, a network tuner for the connection settings that affect throughput, and a mode switcher that trades visual effects for responsiveness on demand. This build has the whole Ultimate tier enabled with the promotional panels removed.
