Microsoft Office 2019 Professional Plus
The perpetual 2019 suite, pre activated, in one image with both architectures and every Professional Plus application included.
A full PDF editor that opens instantly and does the whole job, with paragraph level text editing, OCR, form building, redaction and conversion in a ribbon that looks like Office.
Foxit built its reputation on being the PDF application that opened before you finished letting go of the mouse, and the editor kept that. It launches in a second or two, holds a five hundred page document without complaint, and puts everything in a ribbon that anyone who has used Office already knows how to read. For a lot of offices that combination is worth more than feature parity with anything heavier.
Editing works at paragraph level rather than line level, which is the distinction that matters. Change a sentence in the middle of a block and the rest of the paragraph reflows, across pages if it needs to. Fonts are matched from what is embedded, or substituted with a visible warning rather than silently. Images can be replaced, cropped, rotated, flipped and given transparency. Objects can be aligned, distributed and layered. Pages insert, extract, split, merge, rotate, crop and renumber from a thumbnail panel where you can drag them around directly.
Conversion runs in both directions and is the feature that gets it installed. PDF out to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, RTF, HTML, text and image formats with the tables reconstructed as tables and the styles preserved. Documents in from anything printable, from Office directly through the installed add ins, and from scanners with OCR in dozens of languages producing searchable text behind the original image. Batch conversion handles a folder in one pass.
The professional side covers the parts that get audited. True redaction that removes the content underneath rather than covering it, sanitisation that strips metadata, comments, attachments and hidden layers, password and certificate security with per permission control, digital signature creation and validation, form field detection with calculations and validation, and a comparison view that reports exactly what changed between two revisions. PDF/A conversion and an accessibility checker with a guided fix workflow are included.
Read the whole list before you start. Most of the reports that come into the desk about this title turn out to be a step taken out of order.
