We managed to get through the majority of the weekend without rain, but now, a few light showers are starting to advance into the region. These showers will continue throughout the overnight hours into early Monday and will not be widespread or heavy, but rather spotty and light in nature.

Overnight lows will be on the mild side, generally in the mid to upper 60s.

Monday forecast

Morning showers will be followed by partly sunny skies on Monday. A stray afternoon shower or storm is possible as highs reach the low to mid 80s.

The upcoming week will feature rising levels of humidity that will peak on Wednesday and Thursday, which coincides with our greatest chance of rainfall.

That rainfall event looks to be pretty decent, with many areas getting an inch of rain.

Temperatures won't deviate too far from normal values for early June.
